PLEASE NOTE

Fees need to be paid before or by the deadline date to confirm enrolment in the program. Agencies paying for clients accommodate the full fee, and also have until the deadline date to withdraw clients by e-mail notification to Sanctum if client circumstances change. Invoices will be issued with the expectation that agencies still accommodate the fee even if clients are withdrawn after the deadline date for any and all reasons, or if clients do not attend the program. Non-refundable expenses are committed to 3rd parties by SANCTUM on the deadline date for all clients. Consequently, once we pass the deadline date for a particular program, there is no refund or transferring the funds to another program date.
